Purity Guarantee

All BioPeptide products are manufactured to meet a minimum purity standard of 99%. If any product does not meet the 99% purity criteria, customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the order amount. Supporting lab reports may be provided upon request to verify product quality and purity.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Please note that financial institutions, banks, or credit card providers may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Shipping Costs
